Order Processing

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Products ship within 2-5 business days.  

All orders within the South Africa are shipped via  Courier Guy, Aramex and Fastway. It takes approximately 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. International orders typically take up to 14 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx or DHL . The San Hair reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.

Shipment Delays

While we make every effort to adhere to our promised shipping timelines, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for shipment delays arising from weather conditions or other natural and environmental factors. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we recommend placing your orders well in advance, accounting for unforeseen delays. If any shipping errors occur, kindly report them within 3 business days of delivery. Upon confirmation of an incorrect item sent, we retain the option to either resend the correct product or issue a refund. Please note that any incorrect items must be returned to our office before reshipment can take place. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.


International Shipments


For international shipments, please be aware that customs clearance procedures differ by destination country. Customers are responsible for covering any applicable taxes, fees, or duties, as well as arranging any necessary permits or specific documentation. Rest assured that an invoice will accompany your shipment, serving as the sole document enclosed with your order.


Return & Exchange Policy

At Fantasy Beauty, we uphold a strict no refund, return, or exchange policy for all our products. This is because our items come into direct contact with your hair and skin, and our priority is to prevent any potential spread of germs or diseases through cross-contamination. We kindly request our customers to cancel their orders within the initial 24 hours. In the rare event of receiving an incorrect product, please get in touch with us within three business days of receiving the item. Your satisfaction and safety are our utmost concern.
